Summer, Beenie Man, School, Highclass

Wow...what a long an tumultuous week! let me start by saying I am officially done my second year at the University of Toronto. Ima just put it out there cause dun know its costing me nuff money and nuff stress so I have to bring it to peoples attention. Secondly u all might have heard of Highclass Co. and if you havent...well ur ignorant ass should have by now. As most of you know Beenie Man was in Toronto this past week and Highclass being the entertainment group that it is did the model recruting for his new video with Chris S. and 2G, two locally talented artists who managed to bring Beenie down for the shoot. Throughout the week we followed Beenie and Versatile (his up and coming artist) and showed them the love that Toronto has to offer (no homo). Dukez (CEO and founder of Highclass) and Shyne (Co-Founder of Highclass) shot the video for Veristile's single "Just Like Kingston" in the heart of Jane and Finch...thts right people we were the ones that brought Beenie to the hood lol. So now hear this, Highclass has also teamed up with Yush magazine and has a full page spread coming out in next months issue. On top of it all we are puttin on two major events for the summer...May 8th Infatuation...and June 12th Almost Famous...anyone who is anyone will be there including u way in the back. All in all Highclass is doing very big things and will continue to provide Toronto with the best in concert footage, models, celebrities, and all that good shit. Please Toronto...stop being screwface and just enjoy what we do and the way we move, when u see us apporach and congratulate us...do something to support the movement....if you dont i promise u wil be left behind.

So I recieve this call from the woman who birthed me aka my Mother. As I pick up the phone I hear on the other end "DON'T SELL YOUR SPERM FOR MONEY!" Like any normal son I was shocked at this statement and proceeded to laugh in the receiver and ask why would she choose to give me this motherly advice at 9pm on a Thursday night. Now you have to understand my mother is not a typical woman, she sometimes has no filter in what she says to anyone and speaks her mind quite freely. She told me she was watching some documentry and that sperm donors in Canada will not remain anonymis for any donation they make. So I hung up the phone and this got me thinking...I am a starving student (literally I have no food in my fridge) and I am a young dude who has tons of sperm to spare. So I googled how much one could get for a simple sperm donation. Upon my discovery I found that women can also donate thier eggs. now the going rate for a sperm donation is 60-100$ meanwhile a woman can get up to $8,000 FOR ONE EGG!!! This information frazzled my brain! I understand women have limited eggs and do have to undergo a small surgery but this price gap is uncalled for!!!!!

Hello Hello Hello

I am back! Unfortunatly i have returned to this shithole I call Toronto. I cant complain too much but the weather does suck and I'm sure a lot of you out there will agree. My plane touched down on Sunday afternoon at around 5. The 4 hour stop over in NY wasn't as bad as I thought just boring as hell. While I was sitting waiting for my plane to arrive something caught my eye which got me thinking. A woman and her child were walking around looking very confused for some unknown reason. The woman seemed like she was looking for a seat and wasnt paying much attention to her little boy who looked about 5 or 6 years old. While this woman was looking for a seat her kid was running all over the place speaking and shouting in what seemed to be some east european language. The thing about it was that the woman continued to search for god-knows-what and paid no attention to her child who at this point was a good 15 feet away. Now keep in mind folks this is JFK airport and children still do get abducted in this day and age. This woman sat down and proceeded to act like the child did not belong to her. This fuckkin amazed me! And the worst part about it was when the stewardess called out our flight number for us to bord the plane this kid went up by himself with passport and ticket in hand ready to board the plane. These people were as shocked as i was. All this while the woman was on her laptop and didnt look up once. PEOPLE LOOK AFTER UR CHILDREN OR THEY WILL BE ABDUCTED!!!

So im here checkin out my email, facebook all tht shit and I get air of Drakes new mixtape. Now Aubrey has been in the lime light for a while now. I used to hate on the light-skinned-once-parapaglegic-living-off-his-acting-money-self. And im not too proud to admit I hated on dude for making more money than me...just like any other hater does. So out of sheer hatred I clicked the link and heard what this dude had to say...not expecting much (especially after Comeback Season). To my surprise this guy had shit to say...and it sounded good. As much as I want to hate on dude...I can´t. Simple and plain dude actually has talent and ill be the first to admit it. España!!!

QUE PASSA! yáll

Thts right I´m in España u jelous fucks! I landed early morning in Barcelona and was picked up by my dudes Pablo and Carlos. Its my third day here and of course we have hit up a few clubs and not stoped consuming that bottle of Ballantine´s (the finest whisky out there in case u dumbshits don´t recognize). The first night I touched down we hit up Razzmataz, a large two floor club packed to the brim with good looking women and good tasting drinks. Oh yea and the drinks here...u kno how in T.O. u pay 5-7$ for a drink (so I hear, moretimes my hands is grippin a bottle lol) and the bartender proceeds to pour the amount tht couldnt ge a rodent drunk. Well in this beautiful country they insist on getting anyone and everyone drunk quick. The drinks served here are 50/50 and dont stop coming the whole night. The second night we proceeded to reach OPIUM, a spot for all the foreingers like myself. We touched down at the club at around 2am and the club was just starting to get full. Thts another thing...T.O. I must say that this closing clubs/bars at 3am and the stoppage of alchol at 2:30 has to stop! As we are just leaving our clubs, here people are just entering the club and dont leave till 7am. And no, this shit aint done one or two weeks in a row...its a fuckkin traditional regular-ass weekend! Anyway Ima keep yáll updated and post some pics when I get back.

Ok so i'm cruisin on the net. Checkin the facebook, twitter, g-mail and all tht good stuff. I check my facebook inbox and see its flooded with "Highclass EXXXCLUSIVE: Redway feat Brandon Brown". Didn't think much of it cause to tell you the truth. I ended up checkin the single and I was plesently surprised. The dude Redway has been doing it hard (no homo). Highclass has been and continues to hold it down. At first I didn't think Redway had the potential to do it for T.O. but as this young cat continued to make hits and as long as that powerful Highclass movement continues to do the promo and marketing they are notorious for I see a promising future for this dude. Honestly there are only a few cats I can say this about in T.O. Nowadays everyone raps. But only select people are entertainers. A rapper has to be entertaining...point blank period. If not then what incentive would I have to listen to them? Yea production counts, so do lyrics but only to an extent. If a dude/girl rapper swagg aint on point then stop rapping...point blank period.
